Lenten Sermon Series: A Journey to Hope
Something to think about for the 5th Week of Lent:
How do you feel when you think about money and budgets?
Also the Soul Exercise this week is to live and breathe Psalm 23. Why? This is what author of "The Good and Beautiful God" Jim Smith had to say about this Psalm:
"This psalm contains a narrative about the exceedingly generous God. By letting the images wash over your mind, you imbed this true narrative into your soul. Your mind and your body will begin to be shaped by these words. As you begin you will probably have to refocus your attention, but it soon turns into a prayer experience."
So live and breathe this Psalm and remember what a Good and Beautiful God loves us!
